Beyond Limits is seeking a Team Leader to support Shannon and guide her new team as she moves into her own home. You will be trained to understand autism, respond to Shannon’s evolving needs, and help the team work in a person-centred way so she can live more independently and pursue her goals.

Shannon may find routine changes challenging; you will help her settle in, and you must be comfortable around dogs. The role includes long day sleepovers, waking nights, and driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people with autism.
• Willingness to drive own car.
• Leadership experience or potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new team to support Shannon in her home.
• Respond to Shannon’s changing needs in a person-centred way.
