Job summary

Academy District 20's Rockrimmon Elementary School is seeking a SpEd Paraprofessional - Autism to support students on the autism spectrum under teacher supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA/Verbal Behavior Training, one-on-one work, data collection, and assisting with classroom tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position with start dates in late Aug/Sept 2026 and requires high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow teacher directions and use data to monitor progress.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills for daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Works one-on-one with students to implement programming (ABA, Verbal Behavior Training).
• Assists with classroom tasks, tutoring, and behavior management.
• Keeps up-to-date on behavior management techniques and completes daily paperwork.
• Monitors data collection and supports field trips and school activities.
