Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience with children in educational, hospital, or home settings.
Experience with Positive Behavior Support Plans and ABA-based interventions is preferred.
Ability to assist with crisis intervention and to perform personal care activities when necessary.

Responsibilities

Implements and models Positive Behavior Support Plans and Individual Treatment Plans as designed by Behavioral Specialists.
Supports student development of behavioral and emotional skills per PBSP.
Collects, enters, and graphs ABA data for monthly progress reviews.
Assists with arranging the school environment to meet students' physical and psychological needs.
Assists with creating, copying, and grading classroom and student materials.
