Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. This entry-point role offers paid training and part-time hours, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain real-world experience in autism care.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided to qualify you for the Registered Behavior Technician pathway in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as integral member of clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
