Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services across the USA, with free licensure support and the flexibility to work from home or in client homes. You can build a schedule that fits your life while earning through a pay model that supports immediate access to earnings.

During 6 months of training and ongoing CEUs, you’ll join a supportive clinical team focused on growth and quality outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
