Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Winter Park, FL is seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or RBTs to provide one‑on‑one in-home care and behavioral support to clients with autism and developmental needs. This role offers flexible schedules, in-person assignments, and compensation up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Candidates should have at least two years of paid relevant experience, Florida CNA license or HHA certificate or RBT certification, CPR, and a Level 2 background

Qualifications

• Two years of paid experience in home health, behavioral support, or developmental services.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate or RBT certification.
• Autism or developmental disabilities experience.
• CPR certification and Level 2 background screening.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor and commute to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Support structured routines and transitions.
• Provide behavioral support and redirection as outlined in care plans.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and safety supervision.
• Observe and report behavioral or functional changes to the care team.

Education

We are seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one‑on‑one care and behavioral support to clients in the Winter Park, FLarea.

• Compliance: CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
• Reliability: Ability to commute to client homes in assigned areas
• Classification: Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
