Qualifications

About the Opportunity

At Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care, we provide individualized, respectful in‑home support to clients with autism and developmental needs. We are seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one‑on‑one care and behavioral support to clients in the Alafaya, FLarea.

This role is ideal for professionals who are patient, observant, and confident supporting individuals with autism in a home‑based setting.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant paid experience
• Credentials:
  • Active Florida CNA license or
  • HHA certificate or
  • Active RBT certification
• Autism Experience: Prior experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Compliance: CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
• Reliability: Ability to commute to client homes in assigned areas
• Classification: Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
