Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Windermere, FL is seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or RBTs to provide one-on-one in-home support to clients with autism and developmental needs.

This 1099 position offers in-person, patient-focused care with flexible day/evening shifts. Candidates should have at least two years of paid experience and hold a Florida license or credential to join our hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years (paid) experience in home health, behavioral support, or developmental services.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate or RBT certification.
• CPR certification and Level 2 background screening.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Ability to commute to client homes in assigned areas.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Support structured routines and transitions.
• Provide behavioral support and redirection as outlined in care plans.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and safety supervision.
• Observe and report behavioral or functional changes to the care team.

About the Opportunity

At Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care, we provide individualized, respectful in‑home support to clients with autism and developmental needs. We are seeking experienced CNAs, HHAs, or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one‑on‑one care and behavioral support to clients in the Windermere, FLarea.

This role is ideal for professionals who are patient, observant, and confident supporting individuals with autism in a home‑based setting.

  • Active Florida CNA license or
  • HHA certificate or
  • Active RBT certification
• Autism Experience: Prior experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Compliance: CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
• Reliability: Ability to commute to client homes in assigned areas
• Classification: Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
