Qualifications

• Experience as a support broker with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Must be able to pass background checks including CORI and driving checks.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain contact with families in the caseload.
• Plan and coordinate in-home behavioral services.
• Develop person-centered Autism Support Plans.
• Document work performed including travel and service details.

Skills

Experience working with individuals with ID/DD

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Education

BA/BS or Associate Degree plus 5 years’ experience in Human Services
