Job summary

Wings Learning Center seeks an assistant to support teachers across elementary, middle, and secondary programs. You will work with Education Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and admins to implement curriculum and behavior supports.

You will record behavioral data tied to IEP goals, assist in meetings, and help with activity preparation in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of 48 college units or a high school diploma with Wings Learning Center assessment.
• Experience is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in classrooms for elementary to secondary students.
• Collaborate with Education Specialists, OTs, SLPs and admin support.
• Prepare and implement curriculum; support positive behavior interventions.
• Record data on behaviors and IEP goals; participate in meetings and activity prep.
