Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in the field of ABA, including intervention development for children.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Current QASP-S certification from a recognized credentialing body.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor entry-level staff with training and development.
• Conduct sessions to educate and support families in behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate to design comprehensive behavioral intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and review progress data.
