A leading behavioral health services provider is seeking a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) in Durham, NC. This role involves mentoring staff, collaborating on behavioral interventions, conducting parent training, and ensuring ethical service delivery. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in the field of ABA, including intervention development for children.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience with Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians.
Current QASP-S certification from a recognized credentialing body.
Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor entry-level staff with training and development.
Conduct sessions to educate and support families in behavioral interventions.
Collaborate to design comprehensive behavioral intervention plans.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and review progress data.
Lead training sessions on ABA principles and documentation procedures.
Monitor adherence to ethical guidelines and program standards.
Maintain caseloads and communicate client progress to stakeholders.
