Job summary

QSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit dedicated to helping children and adults with autism through person-centered services. We are urgently hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead behavioral assessments and data-driven plans with BIS/QIDP teams across multiple sites in NYC and Queens.

This role requires travel and strong collaborative leadership. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in psychology or social work, 3-5 years of clinical experience, and 2 years of management

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in Psychology, social work or related field; BCBA Preferred.
  • 3-5 years professional/clinical work experience.
  • 2 years experience supporting adolescents and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders/developmental disabilities.
  • 2 years management experience required.
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis strategies and principles, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
  • Collaborate with BIS staff to implement data collection systems.
  • Assist with Life Plan process and individual goal development.
  • Review and provide feedback on Staff Action Plans (SAP).
  • Review and maintain documentation; provide reports and recommendations to supervisors.
  • Ensure data is collected correctly and progress is monitored daily.
  • Ensure clinical staff comply with QSAC policies and regulations.
