RITI is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct and consultative therapy for children with autism in a school-based setting. The role includes evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with educational teams to support developmental goals.

The candidate will oversee therapy services, supervise SLPA staff, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards. Master’s degree and Virginia licensure are required.

Formación

• Specializes in autism spectrum disorders and cognitive communication.
• Experience evaluating and treating pediatric speech-language disorders.
• Familiar with IEP processes and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct speech-language services up to 20 hours weekly.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress.
