The Assistant Clinical Coordinator within the Monarch Adult Autism Program collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure adherence to the Monarch Model, oversee

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• BCBA or COBA licensure preferred.
• Will consider candidates pursuing BCBA coursework under supervision.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.
• Driver’s license and driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize preference assessments to determine consumer preferences in vocational areas.
• Utilize assessments and observation to generate ISP goals for consumers.
• Design and implement ABA programs, conduct FBA and behavior intervention plans.
• Apply evidence-based teaching procedures in skill-building programs.
• Provide interpretation of assessment results and supervise interventions.
• Set and achieve performance goals with consumers and treatment team.
• Provide staff training and modeling through on-floor coaching.
• Exercise discretion in management of services and supervision.
• Prepare and review monthly progress reports with data visuals.
• Prepare supplemental teaching materials.
• Prepare for and attend consumer meetings.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator across sister programs.
• Keep trainings and licensure current per regulations.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of client information.
• Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to agency policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
