Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Ohio is seeking a clinician to supervise and coordinate clinical services for patients with autism and developmental disabilities, ensuring high quality care. The role includes supervising clinicians, behavior analyst candidates, and other clinic staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, social work, clinical counseling, or related field.
• Appropriate Independent Ohio licensure or certification.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance per hospital policy.
• Certification in Marcus Crisis Prevention Program safety training within 60 days of employment.
• Four years of experience as a senior clinician or similar role.
• Experience providing and managing behavioral health services for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinic staff and manages case assignments and coverage.
• Mentors senior clinicians and behavior analysts; supports certifications.
• Provides clinical care to assigned caseload; coordinates with parents, schools, and other providers.
• Provides training to patients, families, school personnel, and community members; helps develop staff training.
• Participates in quality and operational improvement projects for the department.
