Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is hiring for roles where you work one-on-one with children under 6 who have autism, helping them build communication, independence, play, and social connection. The role emphasizes applying ABA techniques in a supportive setting.

No ABA experience is required; we’ll teach you the skills. You’ll have a path to become RBT certified, with scholarship support toward credentials as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days.
• Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical readiness for the role: lifting up to 35 pounds, moving with kids.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children under 6 with autism to build communication, independence, play and social skills.
• Use play and ABA therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate and document progress, both big and small.
• Help create a safe, positive environment for each child.
