Job summary

EMS of Virginia is seeking a Life Skills Coordinator (QMHP) to provide in-community Life Skills Coordination in the Pathway Partners Life Skills program and related services throughout the greater Dallas area. Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or neurodivergence is highly desired, and flexibility to support other programs is noted.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 mental health counseling related to goals.
• Follow Casey Life Skills modules and develop active treatment plans.
• Take clients to appointments and link with community resources.
• Case management to ensure clients' basic needs are met.
• Complete individualized services plans and monthly reports.
• Complete progress notes for each session.
• Provide information for authorization of services.
• Meet regularly for supervision and attend team meetings.

Life Skills Coordinator - QMHP

EMS is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Life Skills Coordination in our Pathway Partners Program (Pathway Partners Life Skills | EMS). The ideal candidate will also have flexibility to provide services in our other community-based programs in the greater Dallas area. Experience with those on the Autism Spectrum or neurodivergence highly desired! EMS of Virginia has been in business since 2005 serving the mental health needs of those in Virginia, and we are now expanding to TEXAS! We pride ourselves in being a "boutique" style agency. Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Seeing clients in the community such as the client's home
• Providing 1-1 mental health counseling related to goals
• Following Casey Life Skills modules and developing active treatment planning
• Taking clients to appointments
• Taking clients to link with resources in the community
• Case Management to ensure client's basic needs are met
• Completing individualized services plans
• Completing monthlyreports
• Completing progress notes for each session with a client
• Providing information for authorization of services
• Meeting regularly for supervision
• Attendance at team meetings
