Job summary

EMS is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Life Skills Coordination in the Pathway Partners Program in the greater Dallas area. Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or neurodivergence is highly desired.

Duties include home visits, 1‑1 counseling, development of active treatment plans, transporting clients to appointments, connecting clients with community resources, and case management to ensure basic needs are met.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or licensed-eligible as LCSW or LPC.
• Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or neurodivergence preferred.

• Providing 1‑1 mental health counseling related to goals.
• Following Casey Life Skills modules and developing active treatment planning.
• Transporting clients to appointments.
• Connecting clients with resources in the community.

• Submitting monthly reports.
• Documenting progress notes for each session.
• Assisting with authorization of services.
• Meeting regularly for supervision.
• Attending team meetings.

Life Skills Coordinator - QMHP

EMS is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Life Skills Coordination in the Pathway Partners Program. The ideal candidate should be flexible to provide services in other community-based programs in the greater Dallas area. Experience with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or neurodivergence is highly desired.

Qualifications: Licensed or licensed‑eligible Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Qualified QMHP with experience with children and/or adults. Willingness to work towards licensure and complete required supervision.

Compensation and Benefits: $23‑$26 per hour, health insurance for full‑time team members, accrued PTO, flexible schedules, and incentives for client referrals and referral of skilled team members.
