• Provides safe, conducive learning environments for individual and small group instruction.
• Develops lesson plans and materials and translates plans into learning experiences.
• Assesses student learning and adapts instruction for diverse needs, including special education.
• Communicates progress to students, parents and administration; attends meetings.
