Job summary

The University of Washington Autism Center (UWAC) is hiring Temporary, Hourly, Part-Time Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and clinic settings. Afternoon and evening availability (2–7 PM) and reliable transportation are required.

As a UW employee, you will work under supervision of masters level clinical staff providing direct intervention, developing materials, and maintaining therapy records to track progress.

Qualifications

• Two years of college-level coursework in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide direct 1:1 intervention to children with ASD.
• Willingness to work afternoon/evening shifts (2–7 PM) and travel to homes/clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention to children with ASD in homes and clinic.
• Implement intervention protocols to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors.
• Create materials and maintain organized therapy spaces and records.
