The UW Autism Center has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team, with the position based in either Seattle or Tacoma.
This position will oversee clinical service delivery, staff supervision, and community training within the Tacoma LAUNCH Program. This leadership role provides direct parent-focused services, manages clinical operations, supervises BCBAs and behavior technicians, and delivers training and consultation to school districts and community agencies. The Lead BCBA works within a multidisciplinary team and reports to the Director of Clinical Services.
