Qualifikationen

• Direct childcare experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Preference for experience implementing ABA procedures with data collection and reinforcement.
• Six months to one year (or more) of related work in autism care.

• Implement therapeutic treatment plans and ensure patient safety.
• Collect data for functional assessment and document progress under RN/BCBA direction.
• Provide care and support during daily activities and behavioral interventions.
• Assist with de-escalation, crisis management, and hand-offs to the care team.
