Job summary

United Home Care is seeking an experienced RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, Special Education Professional, OT, or SLP to apply your skills beyond the clinic. Our Autism Independence Program helps autistic teens and young adults apply skills learned through therapy and school into meaningful real-world independence.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly in homes and community settings while helping clients build confidence, communication, self-regulation, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with autistic teens or adults.
• Experience supporting moderate to high-support needs.
• Experience managing aggression, severe emotional dysregulation, sensory overload, or challenging behaviors.
• Crisis intervention training (CPI, PCM, QBS, Pro-ACT, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation.
