• Support academic, behavioral, communication, and functional skills; apply positive behavior strategies; maintain a safe, organized learning environment.
• Document student progress, contribute to IEP meetings and planning, and coordinate with families, paraprofessionals, and related-service professionals to ensure consistent student support.
