Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEP goals and instructional plans.
• Maintain compliance files per federal, state and local procedures.
• Design learning activities aligned with IEP goals.
• Supervise paraprofessionals and volunteers.
• Communicate student progress with families and staff.
• Learn and apply applicable special education laws and procedures.
• Monitor student progress toward instructional goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
