Qualifications

• Professional experience supporting autistic children or students with complex needs (2 years).
• Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to support students’ physical, emotional, and academic needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver standards-aligned lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and behavior interventionists to support student growth.
• Implement positive behavior supports and therapeutic, relationship-based approaches.
• Track and communicate student progress through data, assessments, and team collaboration.
• Participate in school programs, professional development, and family-centered care planning.
