Every Special Child LLC is seeking a compassionate Elementary Special Education Teacher for our Autism Support Program in Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disorders.
• Copy of a PA Special Education Teaching Certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in special education and license.
• Previous experience as a special education teacher is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify student needs and develop IEPs for students.
• Modify the educational curriculum to meet the needs of each student.
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques.
• Create and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
