• High School Diploma or GED (18+)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30–40 min drive radius
• Ability to perform physical tasks including floor play for up to 2–3 hours per session
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong communication skills with families and teammates
• Commitment to a consistent schedule (kids depend on consistency)

• Build communication, social, and daily living skills through play and shared activities

• Follow a relationship-based intervention model designed to achieve strong outcomes with fewer session hours
