Healing Haven LLC in Madison Heights is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (LP) and/or LLP to evaluate children and adults for autism and related disorders. The role requires ADOS-2 experience and a strong background in psychological assessment.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments and feedback to families. The position involves collaboration with schools and medical providers, direct observations, and generation of detailed reports.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure and certification as required by the State of Michigan.
• Experience working with pediatric populations; ADOS-2 experience encouraged.
• Familiarity with cognitive, developmental, and adaptive assessments; autism characteristics.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics; knowledge of insurance requirements for therapy services.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with medical providers and schools; review client records.
• Conduct structured parent or caregiver interviews; perform direct observations.
• Administer cognitive, adaptive, and developmental assessments; score and interpret results.
• Generate comprehensive, clinically sound reports; provide feedback to families.
• Collaborate with intake, billing, and clinical teams for scheduling and authorizations.
• Provide supervision/consultation to Healing Haven’s interdisciplinary team; stay current with best practices.
