Job summary

Willing Workers Inc is seeking a Licensed Psychologist – Assessment Specialist to conduct focused, office-based diagnostic assessments for children and/or adults, including autism spectrum and intellectual disability evaluations. This assessment-only role uses a structured battery to support eligibility determinations.

Responsibilities include diagnostic interviews, testing, record review, scoring, interpretation, and feedback, with independent work within clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include experience assessing children and/or adults with autism and/or intellectual disability.
• Independent ADOS-2 administration, scoring, and interpretation experience is required (not training alone).
• Strong diagnostic formulation and clinical judgment, plus psychological report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic interviews, direct testing, record review, scoring, interpretation, and feedback.
• Integrate findings into accurate diagnostic and eligibility assessment reports.
• Work independently within established clinical protocols and quality review processes.
