Qualifications

• 1-2 year experience working with Developmental Disability/Autism populations required
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record highly preferred
• Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb. items required
• Punctuality and regular attendance expected
• Commitment to company values and adherence to policies is essential
• Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s) required
• Must communicate effectively with others and individuals served
• Ability to run when needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise Habilitation Specialists/DSPs
• Implement and train staff on treatment plans
• Maintain certifications (SCIP-R, AMAP, CPR, First Aid)
• Handle client billing information (Individual Summary Sheet)
• Complete daily/weekly homeroom attendance sheets
• Complete monthly progress notes and recreation forms
• Fill out daily staff responsibility sheet
• Fill out worksite summary sheet
• Fill out daily transportation log and mileage sheet
• Handle emergencies as they arise
• Transport individuals in agency vehicles as needed
• Communicate with behavior evaluators and maintain confidentiality
• Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisors
