Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with daily access to a private insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and meals.
• Provide transportation for activities and employment.
• Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
• Administer medications per policy and coordinate medical appointments.
• Participate in designing, coordinating, and attending ISP plan meetings.
