Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float to join our team in Kentucky to provide individualized, person-directed support in Autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and helping people thrive and participate fully in society.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained vehicle.
• Required use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, mealplanning/preparation,and promote overall health and wellness
• Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed
• Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed
• Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed
• Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings
