Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float to provide individualized, person-directed support for autistic individuals. You will foster independence, promote social participation, and assist with daily activities while coordinating with families and plan meetings.

The role includes transportation support, medication administration per policy, and ISPs implementation, with a focus on inclusive community engagement and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness
• Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed
• Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed
• Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed
• Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings

Key Responsibilities:
