Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float to support individuals with autism in the community. The role focuses on independence, health, and meaningful participation.

The position offers per diem pay, $19.00 per hour, or $21.00 per hour with a bachelor’s degree, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence, decision-making and community participation to promote valued social roles.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote health and wellness.
• Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment and social engagement as needed.
• Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families and stakeholders; coordinate services as needed.
• Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders.
• Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings.
