Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual/Per Diem Community/Direct Support Professional Float to provide individualized, person-directed support in Autism within our team. The role emphasizes inclusion and helping individuals thrive in community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence, decision-making, and community participation to promote valued social roles.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning/preparation, and promote overall health and wellness.
• Provide transportation and support for community activities, employment, and social engagement as needed.
• Maintain positive, professional interactions with individuals supported, their families, and all stakeholders; coordinate services as needed.
• Administer medications per policy, schedule and attend medical appointments, and implement physician orders as directed.
• Actively participate in designing, coordinating, and implementing ISPs and attend plan meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Details:

• Casual/Per Diem non-exempt positions
• $19.00 per hour ($21.00 per hour with bachelor’s degree)
