Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism in New Holland, PA. You will help create a healthy home environment, teach daily living skills, assist with personal care, and advocate for wellness and community participation.

Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available, with pay at $19 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Support adults by teaching daily living skills and assisting with daily routines.
• Assist with personal care and advocate for health and wellness.
• Create a healthy, engaging home setting and promote community inclusion.

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching and assisting with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for the health and wellness of the people we support.
