The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel across the Gulf Coast region.

The candidate will work with physicians, families, and community partners to ensure timely services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education, social work or related field.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience.
• Advanced computer skills to generate reports and analyze data and make recommendations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to travel frequently through the Gulf Coast area including some overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Leads the coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting of Goodwill Autism Clinic services.
• Markets the clinic to physicians and families through community networking and coordination.
• Plans and facilitates autism evaluations, assessments, follow-ups and services within appropriate time frames.
• Securing required documentation from other providers as needed.
• Assisting families with children with autism in accessing medical, social, educational, and other services.
• Maintaining records for the Autism Clinic and completing necessary documentation for case management.
• Serving as a single point of contact for parents to obtain needed services.
• Hiring, training, and supervising direct reports for optimal work performance.
