Job summary

Arizona Autism United (AZA United) is seeking a bilingual Behavior Technician for our West Valley Clinic in Avondale. This full-time position offers pay between $21 and $27 per hour, based on experience, with extensive training and professional development.

Technicians work under a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver clinic-based ABA programs for children with autism. Benefits include health plans, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement toward the BCBA path.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual and able to communicate with families and staff in English and another language.
• At least 6 months paid experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible for background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality clinic-based ABA programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work a full-time schedule at the West Valley Clinic in Avondale.

Behavior Technicians work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing high quality clinic-based ABA programs for children with autism.

Qualifications:

• Applicants interested in full-time must be available M-F between 8:15-6:15p.m. (shifts are 8-10 hours per day) for full-time
• Must have at least 6 months of paid work experience work working with individuals with Special Needs
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to pass required background checks or other required tests or screenings
• Must have your own reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of car insurance, car registration and a valid driver's license at time of hire
• Must have at least 5 years of driving experience
