STRATEGIC THERAPY AUTISM SERVICES LLC is looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists in the Trenton area. This role involves providing speech and language evaluations and therapy to children aged 3–10 in a center-based clinic. Candidates should possess a Master's Degree and current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.

Job Summary

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists in the Lawrenceville area for immediate hire.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to children ages 3–10 in a clinic setting
• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Help foster a fun, engaging, and enriching learning environment
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements

• Previous experience or familiarity with young children with Autism
• Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles
• A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential
• A valid driver's license
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
