Job Summary

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists in the Lawrenceville area for immediate hire. Strategic Therapy is a Behavioral Health Agency providing ABA therapy in a sensory-friendly, play-based, and collaborative setting where each child’s strengths lead the way. We are looking to further support our clients by providing a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to children ages 3–10 in a clinic setting
• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to support communication goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Help foster a fun, engaging, and enriching learning environment
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements

• Previous experience or familiarity with young children with Autism
