Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. The role focuses on helping children build social and communication skills and to reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician

• Document child progress and milestones
