Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Temecula is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. You will support social and communication skills, help reduce repetitive or restrictive behaviors, and document progress.

Work includes following and implementing behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with competitive pay and benefits. Prior experience with children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for working with children with special needs is essential.
• One year of experience with children or coursework in relevant fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
