Job summary

View Point Health in Conyers, GA is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BIS) to join the Autism Crisis Stabilization Unit. You will monitor client behavior, implement Behavior Support Plans, and support adolescents on the autism spectrum as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a 4-year degree in counseling or related field and two years of related experience, with full-time or PRN options. Training and safety certifications are included as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited college.
• Two (2) years of job-related experience; or one (1) year at Behavioral Health Counselor 1 or equivalent.
• Note: Some positions may require certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Monitors client activity and reports progress for adolescents on the Autism Spectrum.
• Implements Behavior Support Plans as written and trained by a BCBA.
• Maintains a clean, safe living environment and coordinates with treatment teams.
