Job summary

Keystone Autism Services seeks a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team and positively impact the lives of adults with autism in the community. You will supervise supports, develop and assess Individual Support Plans (ISP), and provide behavioral support and skill-building services.

Responsibilities include face-to-face, remote and administrative support, in-home assessments with psychological tools, and promoting person-centered planning to help individuals reach goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or ABA.
• Master’s degree in counseling with ABA coursework (≥33% ABA).
• PA Behavior Specialist License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises supports of adults with autism in the community (home, school, work).
• Develops and assesses ISP and provides behavioral support and skill-building services.
• Provides face-to-face, remote and administrative support as needed.
• Conducts in-home assessments and uses psychological tools to assess needs.
• Promotes person-centered planning to develop skills for each person.
• Monitors data toward goal progress.
