Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time Behavior Technician role. You will follow individualized treatment plans, assist children with autism in building communication, social, and independent skills, and participate in structured therapy sessions during standard 8am-5pm weekday hours.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and cover the RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; we provide paid training and fully cover your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus.
• As part of the hiring process, you must provide proof of your degree (diploma or official transcript).

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
