The Behavior Exchange in Prosper, Texas, is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our therapy team. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Must work with children birth to age 21.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic services under supervision of BCBA.
• Participate in ITP implementation for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain visual supervision of children and ensure their safety.
