Job summary

The Behavior Exchange, located in Plano, Texas, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to positively impact the lives of children with special needs. In this role, you will implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), working directly with children and participating in the development of individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.
• Complete 40 hours of training by supervising BCBA within 90 days once hired.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Participate in the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Maintain visual supervision of the child at all times.
