Pediatrics Plus is looking for a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to support children with special needs. The BT will implement behavior analytic services under the guidance of a BCBA, contribute to data collection, and prepare materials for sessions in a collaborative pediatric setting.

The role requires working with children birth to age 21, a HS diploma, and completion of RBT prerequisites within a defined period.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete 40 hours of paid training by supervising BCBA within 90 days of hire.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment.
• Pass the RBT exam through BACB to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Assist in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Engage in daily data collection and data entry.
• Update graphs and report data to the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments (ABC data collection).
• Prepare materials for sessions as directed.
• Apply teaching procedures and behavior modification strategies under supervision.
