Aurora Pediatric Therapy and Integrative Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to autistic individuals under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and document progress in a collaborative team environment.

The role offers hands-on experience with evidence-based interventions, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow clinical and interpersonal skills while supporting families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help implement and assess BCBA-created behavior plans.
• Follow written program protocols and behavior techniques.
• Electronically collect and track data on clients’ behaviors and progress.
• Write comprehensive notes documenting sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Assist the BCBA with assessments and duties as needed.
• Attend staff meetings virtually or in person.
• Accept and incorporate feedback on performance.
